Marriage Ceremonies -- I can perform a wedding of your choosing—traditional to fully customized—in a hall, residence, or other location you have envisioned and arranged. (I cannot perform a wedding in a church, as the specific denomination requires that a Minister of their denomination be the officiant.) I do require that we meet several times before the ceremony—to make sure we are compatible, to make sure we are in agreement about what will be said by whom and how the ceremony will proceed, and to finalize all the elements for a truly memorable event.  

Funeral Services -- While I do not do ‘religious’ ceremonies (a Catholic Funeral Mass, for example), I can lead a service in a Funeral Home or residence, and at a gravesite. This can be as formal or informal as you choose. Since it is rare that I have been personally acquainted with the deceased (and find it wrong to pretend I have been), my preferred method of conducting such services is to say a few words of comfort, generally scripturally based, then invite other attendees to say a few words as they are moved to do so.

Christenings -- I can do traditional and customized Christenings in a hall or residence or location of your choosing.

Elder Counseling / Home Visits -- If you or a loved one cannot come to the office, I can come to your home or a senior residence provided there is a private area in which we can talk.

Ceremonies for the Terminally Ill -- This service is the most personal of all: it is the most emotional and the most difficult. Yet it is ultimately the most rewarding and comforting for all. The Spirit of God is moving everywhere, all the time, but most people are unaware of it. Here, because of the intensity of focus and the openness of Spirit, It fills the room. I can do this with you on an ongoing basis at end of life, or on a one-time basis. I can do it alone with the individual, or together with all the family gathered.
